Welcome to Thrive & Heal Shop! By purchasing or downloading any digital product from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you (the customer) and us (the creator).

All digital products offered by Thrive & Heal Shop — including journals, workbooks, trackers, and guides etc. — are intended for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

Purchasing or using these resources does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Ayesha Savant, LPC, or Thrive & Heal Therapy PLLC.

Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product from our shop, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the file(s) for your own individual use.

You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the files or printed materials in any format

  • Upload the files to any website, file-sharing platform, or social media for public access

  • Modify and resell any part of the product as your own

  • Use the materials for group programs, workshops, or commercial services without express permission

Purchases & Refunds

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the instant access nature of downloads. If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us — we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

All content, including wording, layout, design, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Thrive & Heal Shop and Ayesha Savant, LPC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
