Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Thrive & Heal Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our return and exchange policies carefully, as they differ for physical and digital items.
Apparel & Accessories
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original tags must be attached.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at ayesha@thriveandhealtherapy.com with your order information and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have issues accessing or downloading your file, please reach out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
